Over the last 2 weeks our orienteering, soccer, hockey and netball students focused hard on their pre-season fitness. It is not only important to have them fit for fixtures, but we also need to keep them injury free as far as we can.
The Fitness Mania Programme focused on cardio, agility, coordination, balance, stamina, strengthening of the core as well as teambuilding! I think is safe to say that both teachers and students had a sweaty, yet interesting and fun time during these sessions.
A great thank you to all the teachers that spent their afternoons training our sports players. You are worth gold!
